Day 01:Arrival at Delhi

As guests arrive at Delhi International Airport they will be welcomed by our GeTS Holidays representative in a traditional manner with garlands.  Greeting the guests with a polite Namaste our representative will take care of the luggage and will guide the guests to their luxury vehicle. As planned under this luxury Golden Triangle Tour guests will be driven to a lavish five star property, Le Meridian New Delhi.  Located close to business, commercial and shopping districts of the city, the hotel is often awarded as one of the best hotels in the world.  You will be welcomed very politely in the hotel and will be served refreshing welcome drinks here.  Thereafter guests will take their position in their rooms and will relax there for the night.

Day 02: At Delhi

Rest of the day at Delhi will be devoted to a full day sightseeing tour of the city.  The city tour begins with a visit first to the monuments of Old Delhi.  First visit the magnificent Fort in Old Delhi called Red Fort for the usage of red sandstone in the edifice.  Guests will then proceed towards Jama Masjid which is one of the largest mosque in India; climb up to the minaret of the mosque for a captivating sight of tall buildings of New Delhi evolving behind the small settlements of Old Delhi.  While in the vicinity a rickshaw ride to Chandni Chowk is an absolute must.  The undulated lanes of this ancient market can be best explored on a rickshaw. 
Further, moving towards the highlights of New Delhi, you will be able to see a very posh and modern façade of the city.  The city tour begins with a drive past Parliament House and other Government Building of Victorian style, reminiscent of British rule.  Pay a homage to the martyr’s of Indian army at the martyr’s memorial- India Gate.  Moving on to a more historical monument guests will reach Qutub Minar which is famed for being the talles brick minaret and a popular picnic spot for the locals.  Visit a Hindu temple Laxmi Narayan Temple in the evening and then proceed back to Chandini Chowk where you will experience the Rickshaw Ride followed Light and Sound Show at Red Fort New Delhi.  Return back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 3: Delhi- Agra

The Golden Triangle Tour itinerary will then take you to the erstwhile city of Mughals, Agra.  The imprints of Mughal rule can still be seen by exploring splendid monuments of the city.  On the way to Agra guests will make a brief visit to Sikandra renowned for a massive red sandstone and marble tomb of Akbar- the famous Mughal Emperor.  On arrival guests will be accommodated in Oberoi Amarvilas- the hotel provides one of the best views of Taj Mahal and is decked with all the luxuries of modern world.  Proceed for your city tour thereafter. 

First on this city tour guests will reach Agra Fort; a famous UNESCO World Heritage Site the fort has been a residence of many great Mughal rulers who governed the city from here.  You will be able to experience the opulence of Mughal era while exploring the extra ordinary constructions of this fort.  Made in the style of Taj Mahal, tomb of Itmad- Ud- Daula will be next on your city tour.
A visit to Taj Mahal is one of the most fascinating highlights of our Golden Triangle travel.  Our tours are planned in such a manner to avail a moonlit light view of the Taj Mahal.  One of the Seven Wonders of the World, Taj Mahal looks very gorgeous in the light of full moon and thus is a sight that should not be missed (subject to availability).  Return to the hotel in the evening for your night stay.

Day 04: Agra- Jaipur

A Special Golden Triangle Tour will then take you to the Pink City of Rajasthan- Jaipur.  On arrival at Jaipur guests will be accommodated in Hotel 
For dinner guests can opt to go to Chokhi Dhani which is a 5 star resort serving delectable Rajasthani and Indian cuisines.  On the beat of local folk music Indian folk dancers will entertain you as you choose to dine here.  Return to the hotel henceforth and stay overnight.   

Day 05: Jaipur

Morning experience the Elephant Ride at Amber fort. The view from this massive fort is spectacular and guests can explore the giant fort while enjoying an elephant ride.
Back in the city guests will make a visit to City Palace which is a fabulous example of opulence of Mughal era.  Next on city tour is Hawa Mahal which is an erstwhile palace for royal ladies from where they used to watch the daily processions of the city.  Also visit Jantar Mantar which is an ancient royal observatory. At Albert Hall explore the display of fine collection of ancient paintings, carpets, weapons and more.

Day 06: Jaipur- Delhi- Departure

After breakfast pack your bags and resume your seat in your vehicle.  Our GeTS Holidays representative will accompany you back to Delhi.  Guests can indulge in a shopping spree and visit some of the famous flea markets here.  In the evening our representative will drive you to the airport where he will make all the arrangements for your convenient journey back home.  He will thus hand over some pleasant souvenirs and you will board your flight with some great memories of a fabulous India tour.
